There are many types of Air Knives and slotted tubes on the market to choose from, but it is well known that “Tear Drop” designs are the most efficient. The Maxumizer® Air Knife is a new and progressive design which uses a series of converging and laminar flow chambers to optimize efficiency, and maximize blow-off force.
Another advance inside Maxum’s Air Knife design, is that the adjusting hardware is located in a large and separate mechanical chamber, far away from the outlet orifice. This hardware change, along with a unique outlet design, maximizes airflow for blow-off and drying applications. Single, dual, and middle air inlet configurations are all available.
